Welcome to Tadalytics. I am Hari, based out of Singapore at present. I helped my clients with technical integration and implementation of web, app, digital and social media analytics in the past decade. I enabled clients to plan, embark on their digital journey and successfully transform to be digitally enabled. Joining Tealium gave me an opportunity to go beyond just Digital Analytics and help clients many possibilities using Customer Data. I now help clients build their trusted data foundations and infrastructure that power the next generation of AI Models and Agents.
My Journey: Implementing Digital Analytics & Optimization Platforms
For years, my focus was on the meticulous implementation of digital analytics and optimization tools. I spent my days deep in the trenches of tag management, ensuring that every click, conversion, and user journey was accurately captured. The goal was simple: build clean data pipelines so my clients could look at dashboards and make better decisions.
But the landscape has fundamentally shifted from 2025. Today, the most critical “consumer” of your data is no longer a marketing manager looking at a chart, it is an autonomous AI agent making decisions in milliseconds.
The Paradigm Shift
Through my ongoing work in the CDP industry by navigating the complexities of enterprise data and working deeply within the ecosystem I see a massive shift happening in 2026. Companies are rushing to deploy AI agents for customer service, dynamic bidding, and personalization. In 2026, the primary “consumer” of your data isn’t just a marketing manager, it’s an AI Agent. However, these agents are only as intelligent as the data context they are fed. If you are feeding garbage data or latent information to these agents/models, your AI will fail.
What I Build Now: The Agentic Context Layer
Tadalytics is my laboratory dedicated to understanding this exact problem. I have pivoted my expertise from simply “collecting data” to Agentic Context Data Layer Orchestration.
I am on a mission to help forward-thinking teams and communities understand how they can transition their legacy analytics setups into intelligent data fabrics. This means:
- Designing Semantic Context Layers: Standardizing how data is defined so that an AI agent instantly understands the difference between a “high-intent browser” and a “churn-risk customer.”
- CDP to AI Architecture: Bridging the gap between robust Customer Data Platforms and the language models that rely on them for real-time, real-world context.
- Trust and Governance: Ensuring that as data flows from collection points to autonomous workflows, it remains compliant, traceable, and secure.
